What development work covers (the 2 hours on Care Plan +)
  • Klaviyo and email platform work: setup, segment changes, connecting flows.
  • New sections or layout changes on any page of the store.
  • Animations or interactive elements for a launch or a new range.
  • Apps and integrations: installing, configuring, connecting to the store.
  • Checkout, shipping and navigation changes.
What never touches those hours (covered on both plans)
  • Adding or updating products.
  • Wording and price changes.
  • Banner and image swaps.
  • Collection changes.
How the plans stay fair, both ways

You supply
  • The content. Photos, videos, product shots. Your words if you want a say in them.
  • The ad spend. Paid directly to Meta, always yours, at whatever level you commit to.
  • A short monthly review. We go over the results together and set next month.
I run
  • The campaigns. Built and structured in Ads Manager, up to three running at once.
  • The audiences. Up to three per campaign: your followers, past buyers, and new people similar to your buyers.
  • The week to week. Budgets watched, underperforming ads switched off, the ones making money given more.

The monthly report, one page, five things

Not included

Ad spend (paid directly to Meta, you set the level) and content creation (you supply the photos and videos).

Care Plan + and Meta ads together

$700/mo

Same-day support, 2 development hours a month, and ads management with spend up to $3,100 a month. Separately $745.

Save $45 every month
The other costs

What you pay other people.

Shopify

from $42/mo

Already running, paid to Shopify. Nothing changes.

Email platform

$0 to start

Shopify Email is near free at your send volume. If you later move to Klaviyo, the Email Engine segmentation keeps that bill to the contacts that matter.

Meta ad spend

you set it

Paid directly to Meta at whatever level you choose. The management fee is separate.

A suggested order

If you add them one at a time.

Why that order

The two pieces do different jobs. The Email Engine works on the customers you already have, the people who know you and have bought before, and reaching them costs you almost nothing. That is the quickest money on the table, so it goes first. Care Plan keeps the store current while that runs, and at $195 it covers everything you use day to day.

Meta ads are the logical next step, because that is how you start bringing new people to FFFN. The emails keep your existing customers coming back, the ads go out and find the next ones. Putting them in that order means every new customer the ads bring in lands in an email system that is already set up to keep them.

Care Plan + comes last because the extra development hours only earn their keep once you are launching new products or building new pages regularly.

Two ways in

Or pick the path that suits your cash flow.

Both end in the same place. The difference is whether you pay for the email work once up front, or spread it across the monthly plan.

Path 1 · Email first, recommended
  • Start with the Email Engine. Your first big mover, and the fastest money on the table.
  • Five custom templates. The five emails that get sent most often, so they are worth designing properly. Once they are built it is set and forget for those five.
  • Then the segmenting. Campaigns go only to the people with a real chance of buying, instead of the whole list.
  • Then Meta ads when you are ready to spend.
  • Then Care Plan + only if you need it. You may never need it. Plenty of months you can stay on Care Plan and pay casually when a launch comes up.
Path 2 · Spread it monthly
  • Start on Care Plan +. No $1,200 up front, $395 a month instead.
  • Use the two development hours each month to build the email segmenting piece by piece.
  • Being straight with you: those hours will not stretch to me designing new templates every month.
  • Which is fine on Klaviyo. Their templates are genuinely good, and once you are set up you can build campaigns yourself with confidence.
  • Then Meta ads once the email side is running.
One thing to price before you commit

Either path most likely means moving to Klaviyo. Klaviyo bills per contact on your list rather than per email sent, so the monthly cost depends on how big your list is, not how often you send. We should work that number out together first so there is no surprise on your card.

Nothing is locked in and nothing depends on anything else. You can start on either path and change your mind.
